PC Tune Up
One thing you can do is schedule periodic maintenance (a tune up) with an experienced PC Tech like myself. Just as you take your car to the mechanic or tune up your car every 3000 miles, your PC needs to be "tuned up" every so often as well. When pcaidfl does a Tune Up, it speeds up your PC.
What is involved in a tune up, you ask?

2) Remove spyware, unneeded programs, viruses and temp files.
3) Re-organize the files on the operating system.
